Overview
We are seeking a skilled Saw Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various saws and cutting equipment to produce high-quality components. This role requires attention to detail, a strong understanding of machining processes, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The Saw Operator will play a crucial role in ensuring that products meet specifications and quality standards.
Duties
•
Operate saws and cutting machines to cut materials according to specifications.
•
Assemble components and ensure proper fit and finish of parts.
•
Utilize forklifts for material handling and transportation within the facility.
•
Maintain equipment by performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting issues.
•
Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency and workflow.
•
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
Qualifications
•
Proven experience in manufacturing environments is preferred.
•
Familiarity with hand tools, Tape measurers, drill press, and other related equipment is advantageous.
•
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
•
Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
•
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
