The CNC Machinist/Operator role is a key part of the production team, responsible for setting up and operating both manual and CNC machines to produce precision components. - Set up and operate manual and CNC machines, including lathes, bores, hones, drills, mills, and turning centers
- Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions to ensure accurate production
- Utilize precision measuring equipment such as micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, and tape measures to verify part dimensions
- Maintain production efficiency and quality standards in accordance with company and customer expectations
- Perform routine machine maintenance and ensure a clean, safe work environment
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve production issues and improve processes
- Experience setting up and operating manual and/or CNC machines (lathe, bore, hone, drill, mill, turning centers)
- Proficient in using measurement equipment (micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, tape measures)
- Strong math skills; knowledge of geometry and trigonometry preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred (additional compensation offered)
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- At least 1 year of machining experience preferred
$20.05 $23.00 per hour plus a $2.00 shift differential for night shifts. Additional compensation available for bilingual (Spanish) skills. New hire bonus up to $2,500.
