Job Title: Travel Boiler Operator (MN)

Location: Based in Minnesota (Statewide Travel Required)

Pay: $37 – $42 per hour (depending on job location)

Schedule: Full-Time | Travel Required (In-State and Out-of-State)

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Travel Boiler Operator to join our dynamic relief operations team. This position is based in Minnesota and requires extensive travel throughout the state, with occasional assignments out of state or away from home for multiple weeks at a time. The ideal candidate will possess a Minnesota 1A Boiler License (or higher) and have broad experience working with a variety of boiler systems, including portable boilers.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate, monitor, and maintain high- and low-pressure steam and hot water boiler systems.

Fill in at various plant locations across Minnesota and potentially in other states as needed.

Start up, shut down, and troubleshoot boiler systems, including portable and mobile boilers.

Work independently and confidently in unfamiliar plant environments.

Maintain accurate logs, reports, and compliance documentation.

Adhere to safety procedures and company policies at all times.

Requirements:

Minnesota 1A Boiler Operator License or higher (REQUIRED)

Minimum of 5 years hands-on boiler operation experience, preferably across various boiler types and plant setups.

Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout MN and out-of-state.

Comfortable being away from home for multiple weeks when necessary.

Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with emergency boiler rentals or mobile boiler operations.
