Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Apprentice Coordinator who is responsible for assisting with running job site training and tracking of apprentice hours.

Responsibilities:

- Logging and splitting apprentice hours for classroom training and on the job training

- Help assist the Project Administrator with onboarding and other office duties, as needed / if time permits

- Time Management System, reports, and time verification of hourly employees

- Skills:

Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, Procore

- Experience with Procore, beneficial, but not required.

- Organizational Skills

Qualifications / Requirements:

- High School diploma
