With minimal supervision this person will prepare monthly client invoices for services performed in assigned districts, prepare monthly operations, billing, and miscellaneous reports for presentation at district meetings, function as the primary support person for the Account Managers.
The essential functions for this role include:•Invoicing assigned districts for services performed in a given month
•Assembling pay directs and customer deposit refunds for presentation with invoice.
•Reporting cash receipts deposited by Si Environmental on behalf of assigned districts to district’s bookkeeper.
•Preparing monthly operation reports and board packages for presentation at district meetings.
•Preparing special reports for assigned districts as requested
•Providing research support on special projects and prepares presentations under the direction of the Account Manager.
•Maintaining district information sheets
•Fielding inquiries from bookkeeper on invoices and cash summaries.
Interested candidates for this position should have a minimum of two years administrative assistant and be proficient in computer skills in Word and Excel.
