A growing services provider in the Metro East region in their search for a Corporate Controller This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established organization that operates with a deep commitment to its employees, community, and mission.

Our client operates in 4 states in the Midwest. The Controller will lead a team of accounting and clerical. The organization is known for fostering a culture centered around teamwork, collaboration, and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide strategic and operational leadership of the Accounting staff.

- Lead and elevate the finance function to be a proactive partner with operations, sales, and leadership in driving business performance.

- Collaborate with ownership, department heads, banking partners, external CPAs, and software providers to ensure sound financial management.

- Standardize financial reporting, KPIs, and strategic goals across all business units and departments.

- Continuously evaluate and improve ERP systems, financial processes, and reporting tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:

- 7+ years progressive Accounting experience

- Bachelors Degree in Accounting required

- Advanced proficiency in ERP/accounting and related systems

- Experience with acquisition integration, combining accounting departments

- Strong track record of hiring, developing, and leading high-performing teams

- Proven experience and sound methodologies on improving processes and leveraging automation tools and technology

- High emotional intelligence, collaborative leadership style, and a strong commitment to organizational culture and community involvement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $115,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
