Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Order Picker to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately selecting and preparing orders for shipment, ensuring that products are picked efficiently and meet quality standards. This role is crucial in maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting overall warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

- Accurately pick orders according to customer specifications and packing requirements.

- Inspect products for quality and report any discrepancies or damages.

- Pack items securely for shipment, ensuring they are protected during transit.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and assist in restocking inventory as needed.

- Participate in regular inventory counts and assist in maintaining accurate stock levels.

Experience

- Previous experience in a warehouse or order picking role is preferred.

- Familiarity with warehouse management systems or inventory software is a plus.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

UPS Worldship experience preferred

Picking parts in fast-paced environment

High school diploma or GED

Walk and or stand for 8 hours

Stable work history

Excellent Attendance

Able to measure parts using rulers and calipers

History of working with small parts

Basic computer skills

JOB DUTIES:

Pick parts in warehouse environment

Package orders for shipping

Ship packages using UPS, FedEx & DHL

International Shipping experience a bonus.

Count inventory

Use computer system

Help out in other warehouse departments as needed.

HOURS: Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm
