About This Job
Scepter Inc is seeking an Environmental Health and Safety Manager to join our team. This position will be responsible for the oversight of all environmental health and safety related activities within the company.
Responsibilities:
•
Manage all environmental health and safety related activities within the company.
•
Ensure that all environmental health and safety related information is accurately documented in the company’s SOPs, procedures, and training programs.
•
Conduct inspections of all company facilities to ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and local regulations.
•
Assist in the development of environmental health and safety programs for new projects or expansions.
•
Participate in training with other members of the environmental health and safety team to ensure understanding of all aspects of the job.
•
Ensure that all environmental health and safety related materials are properly stored.
•
Participate in meetings with other members of the environmental health and safety team to ensure coordination of activities within the company.
•
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Education: Required: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
