Satokie Mining is hiring a

to oversee critical mining facility operations across multiple states. This is a high-impact leadership role that combines operational excellence, team management, and strategic problem-solving in the fast-growing Bitcoin mining industry.

The Opportunity

Are you ready to lead at scale? We're seeking an experienced operations leader to manage day-to-day facility operations, drive performance metrics, and lead teams that keep our mining infrastructure running at peak efficiency. This

offers the unique challenge of managing diverse sites while maintaining operational excellence, safety standards, and client satisfaction.

You'll report directly to our EVP of Field Operations and make decisions that directly impact our hash rate, uptime, and profitability.

What You'll Do

Lead teams to achieve aggressive site performance targets and maintain optimal hash rates and uptime. Develop and implement standard operating procedures while managing complex workflows across multiple locations. Drive key performance indicators for your operational staff through coaching, training, and strategic oversight.

Oversee fleet maintenance and equipment health while coordinating with technicians, vendors, and logistics partners. Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a safe, professional workplace culture. Manage operational budgets and prepare regular performance reports for management and clients.

Recruit, train, and evaluate operational staff while administering performance management in line with company policy. Maintain accurate inventory tracking of miners, company assets, and customer equipment.

What We're Looking For

Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in operations, maintenance, or similar environments with a proven track record of leading teams to meet uptime and production targets. High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field preferred.

Demonstrated experience with O&M budgeting, complex task planning and delegation, and work management systems.

(OSHA 30 preferred).

Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to work independently and thrive under pressure. If you have experience in electrical systems, data center operations, or Bitcoin mining—even better. Background check required.

Physical Requirements

Work in industrial data center/mining environments exposed to loud noise, high heat, and varying weather conditions. Regular standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs., and equipment operation required. Willingness to work weekends, nights, and on-call schedules.
