Job Title: Customer Service Specialist Level 1
Job Location: Dayton, Tennessee (no relocation offered for this position)
Shift: Day Shift - 4/10's (Mon. thru Thur. or Tues. thru Friday) with overtime as needed
On-Site position, no virtual or remote work
Customer Service means to take care of the customer in the best way possible. Take care of their needs and concerns with professionalism and care. Your day will consist of communicating, both calls and emails, with our customers. If a customer is reaching out to us, this means they have a question or issue they need a solution. It can be something simple as where is their orders or what part should they be ordering or could be their unit is not working. While customer service can’t diagnose their problem, we can lead them to a service center that can help them.
- Answer customer calls and help with needs
- Provide pricing and lead times
- Provide them locations and phone #s for local Service Centers
- Give updates on the status of their order/s
- Enter in Customer POs
- Mail duties
- Make sure all mail has postage
- Take mail to the front for the mail carrier to pick up
- Bring back mail dropped off and take to mail room
- Run Daily Reports
- Warranties
- OEM
- Service Centers
- Enter Credits
- Create RGA and Call Tags
- Answer Emails from customers
- Enter in RTS (Return to Stock)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience
- Experience in Office 365 (outlook, excel, word)
