Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Controller to oversee our financial operations and ensure compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in budgeting, financial reporting, accounting practices and Inventory within manufacturing. As the Controller, you will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of our financial data and supporting strategic decision-making within the organization.
Financial advisor to president & senior leadership team
o Records, tracks, evaluates & generates reports on financial performances
o Examines the finances for opportunities to increase profits
o Verifies compliance with laws & regulations
o Accurate & timely financial records for the company
o Up-to-date financial statements (Cash Flow, P&L, Balance Sheets, Projects Costs)
o Closing for month end
o A/R Collections
o A/P Management
o Generate, update & maintain A/R & A/P procedures
o Issues customer invoices
o Create accurate cash projections
o Plan payments & spending
•Purchasing
o Oversee the purchasing of our computers
o Oversee the purchasing of server and LAN equipment
o Control costs for the business
o Oversees the effort to track and maintain company assets
Must have Inventory experience
