Richland Industries’ Fabrication Division is seeking an experienced and driven Program Manager to oversee project execution from kickoff through delivery. This role is responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring projects meet quality, cost, and timing requirements, and maintaining clear communication with customers and internal stakeholders.Essential Job Functions
· Lead and manage fabrication programs from planning through completion.
· Work hand-in-hand with supervisors on the shop floor to address daily issues, monitor workflow, and maintain delivery schedules.
· Develop and track project timelines, budgets, and performance metrics.
· Serve as the primary point of contact for customer communication, updates, and expectations.
· Coordinate with engineering, production, quality, and supply chain teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
· Identify risks and implement mitigation plans to keep programs on schedule.
· Maintain accurate documentation, including program reports, change notices, and customer records.
· Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Fabrication Division.
· High School Diploma with 2 years relative experience required
· Ability to collaborate effectively with supervisors, production teams, and customers.
· 1-3 years’ experience with CAD, AutoCAD or SolidWorks.
· Associate or Bachelor's Degree Preferred in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
