Job Summary Pross Construction Company, Inc. is seeking a Controller to oversee all financial operations for our 50-employee, 3-division construction business. This hands-on role manages accounting functions, prepares financial statements, and coordinates with outsourced payroll, AR, and tax providers.

Requirements: Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance, 5+ years of experience (construction a plus), strong GAAP knowledge, and QuickBooks skills.

Salary: $80,000–$110,000 + benefits.

Must be located in Louisa County, Virginia.
