As Premier Infrastructure & Energy continues to grow, we are looking to add an IT Support Specialist with outstanding troubleshooting and communication skills to deliver hardware and software support to end users. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a commitment to providing efficient and high-quality IT support across our organization.
Responsibilities:
•Provide remote and on-site end user technical support
•Upgrade, maintain and troubleshoot desktop hardware and software
•Productivity application support (Microsoft Office 365 Suite, Web Browser)
•Provision and troubleshoot mobile devices (Cellphones, Tablets, Laptops and Mobile Hotspots)
•Maintain Printers, Scanners and Multi-function devices
•Maintain and troubleshoot VPN and Remote Access connectivity
•Create, update, and maintain support documentation, tickets, and procedures
•Maintain Inventory of all IT related Devices
Requirements:
•Microsoft Windows 10 and 11
•Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
•Prior experience with working with remote field users
•Possible travel to Queens and Upstate NY (when needed)
Required Qualifications
•Minimum 1 year of experience in an IT support role
