FIELD SERVICE PROJECT SUPERINTENDENT COMPANY BACKGROUND: Precision Performance Pump Services, LLC provides turnkey rotating equipment services in the field to keep the customer from having to pull their equipment and send it to a shop which creates pipeline and movement down, customer delays and can be very costly. Precision has field services trucks and specialist geared specifically for rotating equipment services - this enables us to handle the customers’ needs on site 24/7 to help keep their rotating equipment running efficiently. Precision provides specialty rotating equipment services while being a liaison for the corporate SME. All rotating equipment is serviced and installed to the American Petroleum Institution standards which keeps your machinery at its peak running condition. We are very key on reliability documentation and reports so the customer can upload this information into ‘SAP’ to track the trends of their rotating equipment data. Precision has the capabilities to come to your facility and provide you with a customer relations site assessment on your rotating equipment, to see where we can help meet and exceed your rotating equipment service needs.
· Represent Precision PPS at all times while conducting yourself in a professional manner at all times
· Be willing to keep customers’ jobs clean, you see it you own it! You pick it up if you are the last person onsite.
- Manage a team of workers, including work schedules, project progress and resource allocation
- Create cost estimates for labor, supplies, materials and other project costs
- Collaborate with clients, Project Managers, other construction management to determine budget and timeline
- Coordinate materials and equipment delivery with vendors and suppliers
- Create schedules for workers and subcontractors
- Hire additional subcontractors and assign work accordingly
- Maintain a daily log for the job site’s operations, reporting to management as necessary
- Make changes in the operation as necessary to best meet construction deadlines
- Implement management techniques that are cost-effective and efficient
- Be will to pick up haul or deliver materials with company supplied truck and trailers
- Generate RFI's (Requests for Information) as required to ensure completeness of the project documents and identifying and clarifying any discrepancies.
- With the project team to manage the company’s quality control program for the project
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects, from groundbreaking to completion, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, directing multiple crews
- Coordinate with subcontractors, quality control, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project alignment with specifications
- Monitor project progress and conduct regular progress meetings with stakeholders
- Manage project bids, qualified bidders, and issued contracts
- Work with the project teams to budget, forecast, and manage field personnel as well as management of labor, equipment, materials, tools, and other cost considerations.
- Manage construction and project budgets, oversee expenses, approve invoices, and ensuring cost control.
- Controlled the requisition, assignment, and efficiency of construction equipment
- Ensure timely delivery of materials by managing suppliers and subcontractors
- Manage foreman and their duties and ensure all have resources and information to perform their tasks effectively and efficiently
- Work with the project teams to budget, forecast, and manage field personnel as well as management of labor, equipment, materials, tools, and other cost considerations
- Turn in time and expenses in weekly
- Enforce safety protocols and reduce on-site incidents across multiple job sites
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety regulations, including conducting daily inspections and addressing potential hazards
- Perform quality control checks and inspections to ensure work meets industry standards and specifications
- Maintain a secure work environment and enforce all HSE processes and guidelines
- Provide performance evaluations of field personnel
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with project managers, clients, and supervisor, provide regular progress updates
- Successfully resolve on-site challenges, conflicts, and unexpected delays to keep projects on track
- Train and qualified field staff on construction processes, procedures, and safety protocols
- Proficiently read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and other construction documents
- Preform construction material take offs such as grout, concrete, dirt, gravel, consumables ect
- Skilled in using Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word) and various project management software
- Understand “API” 686 and “ACI” 351 installation standards and best practices
- Excellent communication abilities, including writing, speaking and active listening
- Knowledge of construction budgeting best practices
- Good planning skills, including design execution, resource allocation and contingencies
- Understanding of construction equipment, including safe operating practices and signs of maintenance issues
- Willing to travel and manage projects on location from start to finish
- In-depth understanding of local, state and federal construction regulations
- Great problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Effective leadership abilities, like motivation, goal-setting and conflict management
- Organizational skills, including time management, delegation, prioritization and multitasking
- 5+ years of proven leadership or supervisory role - 10+ years of construction experience- Current driver's license
- Current Basic Plus, TWIC, Negative drug test required, Must provide clean drivers record
