We are seeking experienced Roofing Sales Closers to join our high-performance team and help drive growth by closing qualified leads generated by our marketing and canvassing teams.
Job Overview
The Roofing Sales Closer will meet with pre-qualified homeowners to conduct in-home or virtual consultations, assess roofing needs, present solutions, and close sales on residential roofing projects. You’ll work with a motivated support team, including appointment setters and project managers, allowing you to focus on what you do best — closing deals and earning top commissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home sales presentations from provided qualified leads
- Inspect roofs (visually and with tools/apps) to determine customer needs
- Educate homeowners on roofing systems, warranties, financing, and installation timelines
- Build trust and rapport with clients, helping them understand the value of Powersol’s roofing services
- Prepare and present estimates and contracts using digital tools
- Close deals and maintain strong follow-up to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth project handoff
- Achieve and exceed monthly closing and revenue targets
Qualifications
- Proven experience in roofing sales, home improvement sales, or similar high-ticket closing role (minimum 1 year preferred)
- Strong closing skills and ability to overcome objections
- Knowledge of roofing materials, construction, or related services is a plus
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRMs, proposal software, and mobile apps
- Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Ability to climb ladders and perform basic roof inspections (training provided if needed)What We Offer
