Duties
- Install, inspect, and maintain equipment at client sites according to company standards and safety protocols
- Troubleshoot technical issues promptly and efficiently, providing effective solutions to minimize downtime
- Conduct routine system checks and perform necessary repairs or adjustments
- Document service activities accurately and maintain detailed records of work performed
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain technical issues and solutions clearly
- Assist in training clients on proper equipment use and maintenance procedures
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company policies
Skills
- Proven experience or background in technical support, electronics, or related fields is preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues quickly
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a field environment
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required
- Familiarity with electrical systems, mechanical components, or network configurations is a plus
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and perform physically demanding tasks as needed
