Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our busy HVAC office team. In this role, you will help us handle incoming phone calls, assist our job coordinators with inspection scheduling and permit applications, and follow up with homeowners to ensure job satisfaction. Our ideal individual will have some experience in a busy office setting, be comfortable on the phone, and be excited to represent our "Perfection Promise" to all current and potential customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services to assist customers effectively.
- Apply for jobsite permits, schedule inspections, and assist in job closeout process.
- Work with department work coordinators to schedule & fill appointments.
- Follow up on recommended work noted on service work orders by service technicians.
- Call customers within 24 hours of a service call and/or completed installation and conduct a Quality Assurance check.
- Managing incoming phone calls.
- Assist in equipment registrations and rebate applications.
- Assist Accounting with bookkeeping entries.
- Provide backup support, as needed.
- Proven experience in customer service or customer support roles.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Comfortable making and receiving phone calls.
- Experience in HVAC or Home Service industries a plus
- Proficient in using computerized systems for data entry and record keeping.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
