SIX-MONTH STAY BONUS Eligible after six months of employment with Pacific Shoring Products.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Assemble parts and components according to guidelines set by the company
· Ensure that all assembly is carried out in a safe and efficient manner
· Utilize hand tools, power tools, Tack flux core, torch, plasma, and other manufacturing equipment as needed
· Follow all safety protocols and procedures
· Monitor the quality of assembled parts and components
· Notify team members of any parts or components that are not up to quality standards
· Ensure that all parts and components are correctly labeled
· Maintain a clean and organized work area
· Follow all company policies and procedures
· Adhere to Pacific Shoring 5 year expectations plan for all employees

Requirements and Qualifications
· Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment
· Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
· Able to stand for long periods of time
· Able to understand differences in materials used in the fabrication of product
· Technical drawings: High level of reading and interpreting technical drawings.
· Able to use hand tools, power tools, Tack flux core, torch, plasma, and other manufacturing equipment
· Able to use lifting devices such as overhead cranes, lift tables, and other devices.
· Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures
· Able to work in a fast-paced environment
· Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
· Documentation: Completing paperwork and checklists, and assisting with updating assembly documentation
· Training: Providing training and support to peers and apprentices
· Health and safety: Ensuring that health, safety, and environmental guidelines are followed
· Continuous improvement: Participating in activities to increase productivity and reduce costs
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 per hour
