'' Position Overview:
PMCM Consulting Services LLC is seeking a qualified, licensed Pharmacist to support the Indian Health Service (IHS) through a full-time temporary assignment at QNBMHF in Belcourt, ND. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on Native American communities in a federal healthcare setting.
'' Schedule & Duration:
•
Full-time: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
•
Estimated 13-week assignment
•
Option for extension based on facility needs
'''' Key Responsibilities:
•
Dispense medications accurately and efficiently
•
Interpret and review prescriptions for appropriateness
•
Counsel patients on proper medication use and side effects
•
Collaborate with healthcare providers for medication therapy management
•
Maintain proper records and ensure regulatory compliance
•
Manage inventory, restock, and handle controlled substances per federal standards
'' Required Qualifications:
•
Active, unrestricted Pharmacist license in any U.S. state
•
Bachelor’s or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited institution
•
Ability to pass a background check and IHS credentialing process
•
Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and cultural sensitivity
•
Basic computer proficiency in pharmacy systems and EHR
' Preferred Qualifications:
•
Prior experience with IHS, Tribal health facilities, or federal government healthcare
•
Experience working in rural, underserved, or cross-cultural communities
