PEMEX Deer Park
is seeking an
IT Service Delivery Managerto support the Director of Information Technology in leading Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, and Network operations at the Deer Park site. You will oversee the Service Desk, Applications Support, Microsoft Collaboration tools, and IT integration initiatives, supporting approximately 1,100 users and 1,500 contractors. You will serve as a key member of the IT leadership team, managing a team of 5–10 onsite staff and a larger offsite or managed service team. In this role, you will help drive the refinery’s digital transformation by delivering secure, reliable, and service-oriented operations across all IT systems. You will also collaborate across IT sub-departments to strengthen system architecture and maintain a safe and resilient technology environment.

PEMEX Deer Park
is a highly complex refinery located 18 miles east of Houston in Deer Park, TX. It is part of the Pemex group, a fully integrated oil company in the Americas, working across the entire value chain: exploration, production, industrial processing/refining, logistics, and marketing. The refinery’s rated capacity is 340,000 barrels per day and has the flexibility to process multiple grades of crude, producing high-quality transportation fuels the world needs. The Pemex site is co-located with other 3rd party chemical facilities, allowing for further integration and optimization of the refinery and its products.
