Starting Pay: $20.00/HOUR (+$1/hr shift differential)

Schedule:
WORK MON/TUE, OFF WED/THUR, WORK FRI/SAT/SUN
OFF MON/TUE, WORK WED/THUR, OFF FRI/SAT/SUN, REPEAT
Only Work 15 days a month!!!!
Every Other Weekend is a 3 DAY WEEKEND !!!!
One week you work 48 hours and the next week you work 36 hours
Total of 84 hours for a pay period and over 40 hrs is Overtime, Paid Bi-Weekly

As a Downstream Machine Operator, your primary responsibility is to contribute to the seamless production of conduit pipes. This role is stationed, requiring you to stand on your feet throughout the shift, as you engage in various tasks to support the manufacturing process.
Job Responsibilities:
Operate downstream equipment to ensure the proper handling and packaging of conduit pipes.
Collaborate with team members to facilitate the accurate winding of conduit pipes onto reels for shipment.
Assist in line start-ups, reel changes, and ensure the correct reel is prepared for start-up.
Monitor and adjust machinery to maintain continuous stripe, print, and footage markings.
Conduct quality checks to ensure our product meets specified requirements.
Cut conduit, tie off, and cap conduit at the completion of each reel.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
Additional duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
Strong attendance record, team player, and commitment to reliability.
Safety-focused with the ability to work in a non-climate controlled environment.
Capable of standing on feet throughout 12-hour shifts around hot machinery.
Proficient in reading, writing, and basic math and measurement skills.
Excellent attention to detail and understanding of quality requirements.
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Comfortable with stationary positions and able to endure the pressures of extrusion equipment.
Commitment to wearing the required PPE at all times
Working Environment:
Stationary role requiring continuous standing on feet throughout the shift.
Ability to lift 40 Ibs. with or without reasonable assistance.
Ability to move from one area to another by stepping over and/or bending under object.
Manufacturing floor, non-climate controlled environment
What we offer:
Sign-On bonus paid out as follows $500 after 90 days and $1,000 after 180 days, with satisfactory work performance and satisfactory attendance to be determined by management.
