The expectations for this job are:
•Perform and manage daily service calls effectively.
•Diagnose technical issues, determine proper solutions and document these processes.
•Conduct light repairs on site.
•Follow Company procedures and protocols.
•Operate vehicle in a safe manner.
•Maintain good housekeeping at all job sites.
•Build positive relationships with customers.
Qualifications:
•Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service equipment
•Mechanically inclined. Familiarity with mobile tools and applications.
•Field service experience preferred.
•Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite.
