- Monitor incoming sales email accounts and distribute information to appropriate personnel.
- Collect, review and interpret customer RFQs, drawings and specifications.
- Prepare, assemble and submit quotations and proposals for spare part orders.
- Track proposal statuses and Sales KPIs.
- Prepare and send sales acknowledgments to customers.
- Receive and review client Purchase Orders.
- Create NMT Sales Orders.
- Create job numbers in Epicor and ensure accurate data entry.
- Set up required jobs for spare parts orders.
- Maintain project folders per ISO procedures.
- Maintain accurate summary of spare parts sales volumes.
- Follow ISO procedures for documentation and record keeping.
- Enter proposal numbers in the network and Epicor ERP system according to established procedures.
- Access customer portals and shared sites to retrieve or upload documentation.
- Liaise with Purchasing, Operations and Engineering for cost and schedule inputs.
- Support procurement for spare parts orders when required.
- Internal expediting of all spare parts jobs and orders.
- Minimum 1-3 years experience in Insides Sales, Sales Support, Estimating Support, or administrative roles.
- Post-secondary education in Business, Engineering Technology, Office Administration or a related discipline will be considered an asset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, RFQs and customer specifications is an asset.
- Strong documentation, data entry and recordkeeping skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
