Are you a precision-obsessed CNC Programmer who lives for tight tolerances and clean G-code?

We’re a family owned machine shop looking for an experienced programmer to join our team and take ownership of our programming.

What You’ll Do:

- Program, set up, and optimize 3-, 4-, and 5-axis mills

- Create and prove-out programs from scratch using Mastercam

- Select tooling, determine speeds/feeds, and implement fixture designs for maximum efficiency

- Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve cycle times and part quality

- Work directly with machinists and engineering to push jobs from print to finished part

You’re the Right Fit If:

- 5+ years of hands-on CNC programming experience (milling required, lathe a plus)

- Expert-level Mastercam (solids, surfacing, 5-axis toolpaths)

- Strong understanding of GD&T and ability to interpret complex engineering drawings

- Proven track record of reducing cycle times and scrap rates

- You hate “good enough” and love making chips fly

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
