We’re looking for experienced closers. This position offers warm in-home sales leads for insulation, windows, and other home efficiency upgrades. This position is not for you if you are an order taker. Leads given are within Colorado Springs and pre-qualified by our door to door team, but not pre-confirmed.
Our closers are expected to be able to get into homes at a high rate. An elite closer is expected to be able to get past any objections at the door, identify a need in the home, kill objections, and see jobs to install at 30%+ net rate. Closers are also expected to self generate leads based on referrals and door knocking neighbors after a sale.
- Speaking directly with homeowners and closing assigned leads
- Conducting home efficiency assessments and going into attics potentially via ladders
- Managing your own schedule and daily activity in the field
- Self generating additional leads
- Maintaining KPI's and hitting monthly sales targets
This is a commission-based position. You are paid for sales you complete to install. Turnaround time to install is typically a week from the date of sale.
- Consistent reps typically earn $3,500–$5,000 per week
- Higher performers earn more as skill and efficiency improve
- No income cap or artificial ceiling
- Earnings are tied directly to performance and activity
This role is best suited for individuals who value control over predictability.

- Leadership and field-shadowing rolesAdvancement is performance-based, not tenure-based. Many team members move into expanded responsibility within their first 60–90 days.
- 2+ years of in-home sales experience
- Demonstrated closing ability, experience in roofing, solar, home improvement, water filtration, etc. is a plus
- Ability to go on a ladder (not on a roof)
- Personal vehicle to travel to appointments in
- Able to commit to working Saturdays
This role cannot be done alongside another full-time job.
