Responsibilities

- Set up and operate the Swift-Cut Pro 2020 plasma cutting machine

- Read and interpret engineering blueprints.

- Program and adjust cutting parameters.

- Load, position, and secure metal materials for cutting operations.

- Monitor cutting performance to ensure accuracy and quality.

- Inspect finished parts for dimensional accuracy and surface quality.

- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

- Adhere to all safety procedures, company policies, and quality standards.

Required Skills

- Experience operating plasma cutting machines.

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measurements.

- Knowledge of metal types, thicknesses, and plasma cutting techniques.

- Basic computer skills.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

- Ability to stand for extended periods.

- Ability to lift and handle metal materials as required, up to 70 lbs.
