With over 43,000 active connections in one of the fastest-growing regions in the U.S., Mustang SUD is committed to excellence in public service, living up to our motto: “Second to None—Providing Life’s Precious Resource.” We are seeking a Workforce Operations Administrator capable of supporting a team across diverse functional areas such as Human Resources, Risk and Benefits, Safety, Information Technology, and Internal Communications.
The Workforce Operations Administrator provides office support directly to the Workforce Operations Director and affiliated team by scheduling meetings, carrying out clerical duties, preparing documentation, managing meeting minutes, and assisting in maintaining records. This position requires excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Communication: Attends meetings, maintains schedules, manages meeting minutes; prepares memos and correspondence.
- Organization: Manages calendars by scheduling appointments and meetings; assists in maintenance, tracking, and organization of employment and training records.
- Documentation Management: Prepares reports, presentations and spreadsheets; edits documents while ensuring accuracy of entries.
- Office Management: Assists with recordkeeping and reconciliation of departmental financial records such as credit card statements, contracts and invoices; orders office supplies and directs incoming and outgoing mail and faxes for the Workforce Operations team.
- Required: An associates degree, or related experience in lieu of a degree.
- Preferred: A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or related field. Professional certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR.
- Required: Minimum of 2 years in Human Resources, business, or related field in an administrative capacity.
