HR Business Partner – Recruiting & Engagement
We’re hiring an HR Business Partner to improve recruiting, onboarding, and employee engagement. This is a hands-on role focused on ownership and follow-through—not just maintaining processes.
- Recruit for hard-to-fill roles using creative sourcing strategies
- Support employees (onboarding, benefits, workers’ comp)
- Plan and run employee events and community initiatives
- Improve onboarding and HR processes
- Own projects from start to finish
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2–4 years of HR experience
- Generalist HR experience (onboarding, employee support, HR processes)
- Experience with recruiting
- Experience using an HRIS and applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Strong organization and follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with managers
- Demonstrated initiative and problem-solving ability
- Roles get filled effectively
- Engagement events are well-run and well-attended
- Spanish-speaking employees are well supported
- Use of Creative and Critical thinking skills to improve processes and provide consistent support to company stakeholders
