As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a dependable and motivated Class C Driver to join our team. Position Summary:

The Class C Driver is responsible for the safe, timely delivery and pickup of products throughout local and Central California routes. In addition to driving duties, you will support general warehouse operations, including order picking, packing, and securing loads. Additionally, you will be required to perform basic vehicle and forklift maintenance. All work must be performed in a safe, professional manner, while maintaining a clean working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivery & Customer Service

· Safely operate a Class C company vehicle for deliveries and pickups.

· Adhere to delivery schedules and established routes.

· Collect signatures, confirm delivery accuracy, and maintain documentation.

· Communicate delivery status or issues with dispatch in a timely manner.

· Interact professionally with customers and represent the company positively.

Vehicle Operation & Maintenance

· Perform daily pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections. Notify the supervisor immediately of any vehicle issues.

· Ensure all load securing equipment is in safe working condition, with no defects. Notify the supervisor immediately of any equipment issues.

· Load and unload trucks adhering to company procedures regarding forklift operation and safe lifting practices.

· Load truck for delivery route in an efficient manner for delivering and offloading according to a route/drop schedule.

· Keep the delivery vehicle clean and notify management of any mechanical issues.

· Perform minor vehicle maintenance procedures such as oil changes, battery replacements, air filter changes, etc.

Team Support & Safety

- Train or mentor new drivers on delivery procedures and safety protocols.

- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.

- Foster a cooperative team environment through effective communication.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).

- Valid California Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record.

- At least 2 years of professional driving experience (preferred).

- Must be 21 years or older.

- Able to pass a background check, drug test, and physical examination.

- Forklift certification or experience preferred.

- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform repetitive physical tasks.

- Basic English reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.

- Strong time management and attention to detail.

Work Environment:

· Exposure to indoor warehouse settings and outdoor weather conditions.

· May work around moving machinery and moderate noise levels.

· Frequent lifting, walking, bending, and extended periods of standing.

· Use of material handling equipment such as forklifts and hand trucks.

Compensation & Benefits:

- Hourly Pay: $22–$25 (Based on Experience)

Additional Requirements:

- Must be able to commute to Escalon, CA 95320.

- Must be able to relocate before starting work (relocation assistance is not provided).
