Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Territory Sales professional to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth within your designated territory by engaging with potential clients, managing existing accounts, and delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outside sales, with experience in cold calling and direct sales strategies.
Duties
•Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve territory sales targets.
•Conduct cold calls and follow up on leads to generate new business opportunities.
•Manage and nurture relationships with existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
•Utilize software tools for tracking sales activities, managing accounts, and reporting on performance metrics.
•Collaborate with the sales management team to identify market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
•Provide technical sales support to clients, demonstrating product features and benefits effectively.
•Attend industry events and trade shows to promote products and expand your network.
Requirements
•Proven experience in outside sales with a track record of achieving targets.
•Strong skills in cold calling and direct sales techniques.
•Familiarity with software applications used for account management and sales tracking.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
•Ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining attention to detail.
•Experience in technical sales is a plus but not mandatory.
•A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
