Mattur is seeking a hands-on Marketing Specialist to support content creation, organic growth, and core marketing operations as we launch our next generation of mobile and backup power systems. This role is execution-focused: keeping our channels active, capturing field stories, maintaining organized marketing workflows, and supporting the GTM team. You will help grow organic awareness and contribute directly to early pipeline development.
- Draft short-form content for LinkedIn, YouTube titles/descriptions, website updates, and simple email communications.
- Capture field content (photos, short clips, operator reactions) during demos and deployments.
- Maintain and update the Newsroom page with new releases, announcements, and media assets.
- Support assembly and refinement of one-pagers, product sheets, and internal decks.
- Publish and schedule posts across LinkedIn and YouTube in coordination with Mattur’s video team.
- Support website updates, including copy edits, internal linking, and SEO touch-ups.
- Track weekly performance on social and video channels and identify simple improvement opportunities.
- Capture, tag, and route inbound leads in HubSpot with clean, accurate data.
- Maintain CRM hygiene across contacts, companies, and lifecycle stages.
- Support weekly reporting on leads, demos, and early pipeline indicators.
- Assist with basic nurture emails, follow-up templates, and early marketing automation as GTM matures.
- Keep marketing assets and templates organized and up to date.
- Coordinate with engineering and commercial teams to ensure product information is accurate in all materials.
- Support demo preparation (materials, simple checklists, printed collateral).
- Assist with ad hoc GTM tasks such as launch materials, events, and internal presentations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 0–3 years of marketing experience (internships or project experience welcome).
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Comfortable capturing photos and short videos in real-world settings.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable across recurring tasks.
- Experience in or willing to learn HubSpot, basic SEO, and simple CMS workflows.
- Experience in hardware, construction, energy, or B2B marketing.
- Basic familiarity with SEO, analytics, or CMS tools.
- Experience with Canva, Figma, or Adobe tools.
- Comfort with field storytelling, customer interactions, and supporting a physical product launch.
