We’re looking for a motivated sales rep who thrives in face-to-face sales environments, but doesn’t want to knock every door on the block. Instead, you’ll receive a curated list of highly targeted homeowners (and occasional businesses) to personally visit, engage, and enroll into one of our pest control programs.
This is not a typical door-to-door grind. You’re calling on warm or qualified leads, supported by a proven process.
You’ll drive directly to each lead, speak with decision-makers on site, and guide them through a simple sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
•Travel to homeowner and business locations (provided daily/weekly).
•Present and educate prospects on our service offerings (training provided).
•Follow a clear, structured sales process
•Log key visit notes and outcomes into our CRM system.
•Coordinate follow-up visits or remote closings when needed.
Qualifications:
•Proven sales experience (door-to-door, home services, or outside sales preferred).
•Comfortable with face-to-face selling and direct outreach.
•Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license required.
•Strong communication skills, confidence, and resilience.
•Self-starter mentality, you’ll manage your own daily routes and time.
