- Receives all parts and services in Epicor for the District.
- Maintains an organized filing system for all packing slips that are received.
- Communicates with Supply Chain Specialists regarding any discrepancies or variances observed between packing slips/invoices/BOLS and the POs.
- Works with AP by receiving invoices in Epicor for the District to ensure timely payment to our vendors.
- Works with the finance team and warehouse managers to ensure accurate and up-to-date inventory in order to make the appropriate transfers and shipments electronically for each job site within the District.
- Vendor management in order to work through continual issues with shipping, receiving, invoicing, etc.

- Regularly operates in a combination of business casual office and warehouse environment.
- Routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptops, personal computers, photocopiers/scanners, and desk phones.
- May be exposed to dust, odors, oil, fumes and noise.
Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
