Key Responsibilities:
•Perform daily well tending, including pressure checks, fluid levels, equipment inspections, and production monitoring.
•Operate and maintain associated pipelines and production equipment, such as meters, compressors, dehydration units, etc.
•Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory standards (DEP, OSHA, DOT, etc.).
•Accurately document daily activity reports and maintenance records. Must be computer literate to include use of laptop and related technologies.
•Maintain clean, organized, and operational equipment, worksites, and company vehicle.
•Collaborate with direct foremen and field staff to troubleshoot and optimize well performance.
•Assist service and swab rig crew as needed.
Qualifications:
•Experience in the oil and gas industry preferred, but not necessary.
•Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
•Commitment to safe work practices and environmental compliance.
•Valid driver’s license (Class A CDL preferred, but not necessary).
•Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and lift 50+ lbs.
Will be working in the Mount Pleasant, New Stanton area.
Must pass drug screening and physical prior to employment
