process improvement, Agile delivery, Atlassian tooling, and AI adoption. This role is highly visible and directly impacts how our R&D teams plan, execute, and deliver.

- Act as a
delivery enablement partner
for R&D teams, improving Agile execution, flow of work, and delivery predictability
- Lead
business process mapping
(AS-IS / TO-BE) and identify opportunities to streamline and modernize ways of working‑IS / TO‑BE) and identify opportunities to streamline and modernize ways of working
- Own and evolve the
Atlassian ecosystem (JIRA & Confluence)
:
- Boards, workflows, issue types, dashboards, reporting, users and automations
- Support
Agile PM / Scrum activities
:
- Backlog hygiene, dependency tracking, sprint health, and cross‑team coordination
- Drive
Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption
across R&D and beyond:
- Identify high value use cases‑value use cases
- Enable teams through training, coaching, and documentation
- Design and support
AI‑enabled productivity solutions
, including no‑code / low‑code tools and
Copilot Studio workflows
- Create clear documentation, standards, and templates that enable
scalable, repeatable delivery
What We’re Looking For (Must Have Skills)‑Have Skills)
- 3+ years supporting
software delivery in Agile environments
- Strong experience with
business process mapping
and continuous improvement
- Comfortable facilitating workshops with technical and non‑technical stakeholders
- Hands‑on experience working in
Scrum or Kanban
- Strong backlog management, dependency tracking, and delivery visibility skills
- Experience supporting multiple teams or distributed environments
- Advanced, hands-on experience with
JIRA
(administration/configuration strongly preferred)‑on experience with
- Experience using Confluence for documentation, standards, and knowledge sharing
- Practical experience using
Microsoft 365 Copilot and GitHub Copilot
- Ability to identify, prioritize, and measure productivity improvements
- Experience with
Copilot Studio or Power Platform
is a strong asset
Nice to Have (Highly Valued in Calgary)
- Experience in
energy, oil & gas, or industrial technology
- Exposure to
R&D or product development environments
- Experience supporting enterprise scale tooling and delivery models‑scale tooling and delivery models

- 100% remote working
