We’re seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the execution of strategic marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support sales growth. This role plays a central part in campaign planning, demand generation, and performance analysis, while also contributing to internal engagement through our Culture Committee and Health 360 initiatives. The Marketing Manager will oversee a team of three and act as the engine behind both internal and external marketing efforts.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned with company goals
•Drive demand generation strategies to increase qualified leads and customer engagement
•Oversee digital and traditional advertising, including PPC, email, social media, and print
•Manage product, service, and event marketing initiatives, including new product/promo launches
•Lead ecommerce marketing efforts (social media content, email marketing, digital advertising, targeted marketing)
•Coordinate email marketing strategies and automated campaign flows
•Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights
•Manage marketing ad budgets, timelines, and campaign deliverables
•Collaborate with internal teams (sales, ecom, creative) to align messaging and ensure consistent brand voice
•Identify market trends and competitive insights to inform campaign strategies
•Support company culture and wellness engagement efforts by participating in the Culture Committee and managing communications and promotional efforts for our Health 360 wellness initiatives
•Manage and mentor a team of 2-3 direct reports
Requirements:
•Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field required
•3-5+ years of experience in a marketing role with proven campaign management skills
•Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, lead generation, and performance marketing
•Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., ConstantContact), Google Analytics, and ad platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads)
•Excellent project management, communication, and analytical skills
•Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
•Experience in B2B marketing, ecommerce, or construction/petroleum industries
•Graphic design or content creation skills preferred
•Must be able to meet company’s employment requirements, which includes passing a drug screen, criminal background check, and MVR, if driving for the company.
•Physical Requirements: include occasional lifting/carrying of 10 pounds; visual acuity, speech and hearing; hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer keyboard and basic office equipment. Subject to sitting, standing, reaching, walking, twisting, and kneeling to perform the essential functions. Working conditions are primarily inside an office environment. Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
