About This Job
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Material handler & Transport Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting materials using a 24' standard transmission truck (no CDL required) and assisting with warehouse and material handling tasks. You must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to varying weather conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
•
Safely operate a 24' manual transmission truck to transport materials between sites
•
Load and unload materials, ensuring proper handling and secure transport
•
Assist in general material handling duties with the warehouse and yard
•
Follow verbal and written instructions accurately
•
Work in varying environmental conditions (hot/cold)
•
Maintain cleanliness and organization of transport vehicle and work sites
Requirements:
•
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
•
Must be able to drive a 24' standard/manual transmission truck
•
Ability to lift and move heavy materials as needed
•
Willingness to work in outdoor conditions (hot/cold)
•
Forklift experience is a plus - training provided if needed
•
Prior material handling experience is a plus
•
Flexible, dependable, and team-oriented
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
