Position Overview:

IVI Inc. seeks a detail-oriented and motivated Designer to join our dynamic design team in Greenville, WI. In this role, you will be responsible for creating project designs, detailed drawings, and Bills of Materials (BOM) within project timelines and customer specifications. You will work closely with the Designer Manager and Lead Designer, applying sound engineering principles and independent judgement to develop components and sub-assemblies.

Essential Functions:

- Generate detailed and accurate shop drawings and BOMs in accordance with company standards.

- Collaborate with the Design Manager and Lead Designer to gather information and make necessary adjustments to designs.

- Participate in project meetings and communicate progress or challenges effectively.

- Conduct field verifications and attend design review meetings at customer sites as needed.

- Interpret complex engineering specifications and apply them to practical design solutions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
