Working closely with the ICE Dragon leadership team, you will play a key role in developing and implementing business processes that keep our operations running smoothly. Your work has a direct impact on the consistency and quality of ICE projects and ensures the ICE team has streamlined, straightforward working arrangements to provide the best experience for our staff and clients.
Your role and responsibilities:
•Report into the Director of Operations and the CEO
•Provide input and support to the development of business processes and workflows
•Research and recommend tools for automation, process management, and iterate/improve as needed
•Roll out new processes and software to the ICE Team, train us, and collect feedback for continuous improvement
•Track compliance and provide reports to leadership with suggested changes
•Provide support to the Innovation Program lead on an as-required basis
•Create process maps and documentation, and support other teams with their workflow development
•Review current business processes and look for opportunities to improve, streamline, automate, and reduce human input
Skills required for success in this position:
•A technical university degree (e.g. engineering, system design, etc.) and strong ability to communicate in English is essential for this position
•1-3 years of past work experience in project management /process development/technical implementation in addition to your degree
•LEAN or IIBA training, Prosci, or change management experience is an asset
•Collaborative, confident, able to communicate effectively with all levels of seniority
•Responsive to colleagues in a fast-paced consulting environment
•Able to work and plan autonomously and know when to ask for assistance

What we offer:
Salary range begins at $70,000 annually and will depend on experience. Up to 10% in discretionary annual bonus is granted based on company and personal performance.

We offer a hybrid work schedule with 3 days per week in the office (located close to Davisville TTC station). This is a permanent, full-time position open to those with ongoing legal permission to work in Canada. The anticipated start date for this role is
