General Overview:
Responsible for answering and directing incoming calls on the Company’s phone system, as well as greeting guests at the front desk. Provides general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. This position requires on-site presence and regular attendance to perform the essential duties.

The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is normally in an “office” environment and is occasionally exposed to risk of electrical shock. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet.
Receptionist, Energetics:
The employee rarely works with or around explosives. This involves handling packaged/boxed explosives as well as instructing customers in the proper use, storage, and transportation of these explosives. While rare, any accident could be catastrophic and potentially result in injury or death to many employees. The employee rarely works with powders, sometimes in a dusty environment and occasionally around fumes. Workers must not be overly sensitive (allergies, rashes, etc.) to working in these conditions.

Specific vision abilities that are required by this job include: close vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to
adjust focus. These vision requirements relate to obtaining a valid driver’s license and recognizing current Hazmat warning labels or markings that are color-coded.
