POSITION SUMMARY
The Senior HR Systems Analyst plays a pivotal role in maintaining and optimizing the organization's HRIS, Time Tracking, and Payroll Systems. Reporting to the Manager, System Integrity & Payroll, this position involves analyzing system requirements, troubleshooting issues, implementing solutions, and managing requests for system changes. The Senior HR Systems Analyst collaborates closely with stakeholders to ensure system accuracy, data integrity, and compliance with regulatory standards.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
•Analyze user requirements and system functionalities to identify opportunities for system improvements and enhancements within the HRIS, Time Tracking, and Payroll Systems.
•Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize requests for system changes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
•Manage the intake and tracking of requests for system changes, enhancements, and customizations, maintaining detailed documentation of request status and progress.
•Configure and customize system settings, workflows, and reports to address user requests and improve system functionality, leveraging technical expertise and best practices.
•Develop and execute test plans to validate system changes, upgrades, and enhancements, ensuring accuracy and reliability of system performance.
•Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end users, addressing system issues, errors, and discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner.
•Serve as a liaison between end users and system vendors, facilitating communication, issue resolution, and implementation of system updates and patches.
•Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, customizations, and user guides to support end user training and system administration.
•Collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of HRIS, Time Tracking, and Payroll Systems with other enterprise systems and processes.
•Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in HR systems and technology, providing recommendations for system enhancements and process improvements.
•Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives related to system upgrades, data migrations, and process automation, contributing technical expertise and insights to project teams.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
•Serve as an Individual Contributor without supervisory responsibilities.

EDUCATION & WORK EXPERIENCE
•A bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, computer science, information technology or related field is required.
•6+ years of experience in HR business systems or related field is preferred.
•Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, Workforce and ADP.

WORK CONTEXT
•Minimum travel for work-related purposes is expected 10% which includes some overnight visits to locations and industry events.
•This is a full-time exempt salaried position.
