Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Specialist to join our dynamic team. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts, and optimizing inventory processes, responsible for effectively managing the inventory stockroom. Our inventory specialist will be responsible for coordinating all logistical processes, ensuring the quality of goods, maintaining accurate inventory and preparing relevant documentation. Candidate should be self-motivated, highly dependable and have excellent organizational skills.
Essential Functions
•Pull and stock components
•Coordinate with program managers to match shippers with parts in stock room
•Check orders, bills, receipts, inventory and deliveries for accuracy
•Keeping accurate records, process and maintain documentation
•Ensuring safe and efficient handling of inventory to prevent damage or loss.
•Coordinate with quality control to check quality and quantity of parts being pulled for shipment and put into stock
•Perform regular cycle counts on inventory and make adjustments into system.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
