Summary:
This position is responsible for administrative functions for the Technical Services department. They are expected to fully understand service, installation processes, and meter reading processes in order to be competent and have a clear understanding of the importance of the timeline and procedures for each job duty. They will assist the entire department and management with day to day responsibilities.
- Learn all about Guardian and the departments within so you can respond appropriately
- Maintain templated responses for general questions to ensure consistency in communications
- Communicate with all departments of Guardian Water and Power cordially and professionally about department matters
- Maintain schedule of service technicians and subcontractors for service work orders
- Update and maintain the service tracking sheet daily
- Ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and making any necessary updates to GWP software upon completion of service work order
- Preparing and sending invoices for all service work orders completed by the department
- Maintain an organized filing system for work orders, invoices, and all over department paperwork
- Responsible for tracking and maintaining inventory
- Responsible for data entry tasks on daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- Answering customer calls for the department
- Provide office and client support when needed
- Assist leadership team with monthly projects/data entry
