Gardner Capital is seeking a high-performing and driven full time Paralegal to provide legal support to the Office of General Counsel in Clayton, MO. Gardner Capital is an affordable housing and renewable energy developer, investor, and tax credit syndicator with a nationwide presence. The essential duties and responsibilities of the Paralegal position include, but is not limited to:
•Assist in reviewing and organizing real estate titles, surveys, contracts, and closing documents
•Help prepare and maintain legal documents, including corporate resolutions and entity agreements
•Organize, maintain, and file legal documents, corporate records, and electronic files
•Support the submission and maintenance of tax identification numbers (EINs) for corporate entities
•Manage and coordinate executive signature requests and the distribution of executed documents
•Perform legal research and provide general support on various projects
•Assist with litigation management, including document organization, coordination with outside counsel, and tracking deadlines
•Support the preparation of discovery responses, assemble exhibits, and help manage document production
•Assist with due diligence and documentation for various corporate and real estate transactions
•Provide general administrative support to the Office of General Counsel, including scheduling meetings and preparing reports

•General computer skills – proficiency with MS Office is necessary
•Bachelor’s Degree is required
•At least 2 years of Paralegal experience
•Experience and interest in internal and external communication, as well as real estate, affordable housing and renewable energy, are preferred
