We’re a fast-growing home services company helping homeowners lower their power bills with Solar solutions. We’re looking for competitive, energetic people to join our Door-to-Door Appointment Setter team and help fill the pipeline for our sales reps.
SAME WEEK PAY FOR SETTERS
What You’ll Do
- Knock doors in assigned neighborhoods and start friendly conversations with homeowners
- Explain our no-obligation home energy consultation (HVAC/solar/utility bill review)
- Qualify interested homeowners using a simple script & checklist
- Set appointments for our closing reps and enter details into our system (app / CRM)
- Follow up with interested leads via text/phone as needed
- Hit daily and weekly appointment and lead goals
- Represent the company professionally and respectfully at all times
What It Takes
- You’re comfortable talking to people face-to-face and starting conversations
- Competitive mindset — you like goals, leaderboards, and winning
- Ability to walk outside for several hours a day (with breaks)
- Reliable transportation to get to your assigned areas
- Smartphone for maps, lead entry, and communication
- Must be at least 18 and legally allowed to work in the U.S.
- Sales or D2D experience is a plus, but not required
