Civil Engineering Administrator

Florida Energy Services (FES) is a fast-growing drilling and blasting contractor headquartered in LaBelle, Florida. We provide drilling and blasting services for construction, mining, and government projects throughout the region.
We are currently seeking a Civil Engineering Administrator to support engineering operations, project coordination, and reporting efforts for active job sites.
This position works closely with the Director of Engineering and field teams to support project planning, documentation, and compliance requirements.
Position Details
- Position: Civil Engineering Administrator
- Pay: $25 – $30 per hour (depending on experience)
- Schedule: Monday – Friday
- Job Site Location: South Bay, Florida (11-B Project) Remote work is not available.
- Requirement: Candidate must report to the 11-B project site every workday
Job Responsibilities
- Support engineering and field teams with project planning and coordination
- Prepare daily reports and track drilling progress on active job sites
- Assist with technical drawings, documentation, and engineering reports
- Work with engineering software and emerging technologies such as Strayos
- Utilize tools such as drones, Bluebeam, CAD, and other engineering software to support operations
- Ensure projects meet safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance standards
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to meet site deliverables and project deadlines
- Review job specifications and engineering drawings to support project execution
Qualifications
- Entry-level or experienced candidates with strong analytical skills encouraged to apply
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and job specifications
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with engineering or mine-planning software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team
- Must be comfortable working in a construction/mining job site environment

Working Conditions
This position involves both office and field work. The candidate will work at an active job site and must be comfortable working in environments that may include noise, dust, and varying weather conditions typical of construction and mining operations.
