Job Title: HVAC Supervisor

Compensation: $30-50 per hour (DOE) or Salary

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

The HVAC Supervisor plays a critical role in achieving the company’s strategic objectives and annual goals. You will oversee our production crews and assist with technical support to ensure quality and efficiency.

Qualifications:

- Clean driver’s license and clean background check.

- Boiler experience and duct design/calculation knowledge.

- Strong problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Outstanding customer service skills with keen attention to detail.

- Familiarity with local codes and permitting requirements.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Duties/Responsibilities:

- Oversee expenses, including labor costs and inventory.

- Supervise installation crews and service teams.

- Manage service staff, including hiring and performance management.

- Conduct weekly meetings and assign work tasks to maximize production.

- Ensure compliance with procedural standards in service ticket reporting.

- Review customer satisfaction daily and resolve any issues promptly.

- Participate in company-sponsored training sessions.

- Perform additional duties as assigned.
