FPM Heat Treating is in search of a 3rd shift Supervisor.

There is a 10% shift differential pay.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead and supervise 3rd shift production staff in all manufacturing operations.

· Ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and production targets.

· Coordinate work schedules, assign tasks, and manage shift hand-offs.

· Monitor performance and provide coaching, corrective action, or training as needed.

· Maintain accurate production and downtime records.

· Support and enforce NADCAP, ISO 9001, and internal audit compliance.

· Ability to make decisions concisely and quickly.

· Escalate maintenance or operational issues to proper departments.

Qualifications

· 2-3+ years experience in manufacturing supervision (preferably heat treating or metal finishing).

· Familiarity with CQI-9, NADCAP, and ISO 9001 protocols.

· Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.

· Basic knowledge of ERP systems and production tracking tools.

· Ability to work overnight and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
