This position is based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and follows a hybrid work schedule that combines in-office and remote workdays for eligible employees. Exceptional candidates may be considered for placement in Washington, DC. Fully remote arrangements will not be considered.

Position Description

The Program Associate, Legislative and Policy will provide administrative assistance and strategic guidance to the Legislative and Policy Department. The Program Associate will also conduct research and author blog posts on legislative topics of interest to FIRE.

Salary and Compensation

The projected salary range is $47,000-50,000 based upon experience and education level. FIRE conducts periodic evaluations where employees may receive raises or bonuses for outstanding and excellent work.
